Some examples of materials created for training and organizing the work of the design team

I have spent the last 6 years in various leadership roles, going from managing a team of 5 to being a director with a team of 30+ diverse designers. Throughout these years, I have developed various skills to better perform and more effectively develop both the team and the department as a whole.

Team Management

As a hiring manager, I have built a team of over 30 different design specialists, from digital designers to 3D motion designers, allowing the agency to meet client needs for a wide range of tasks, increase project turnover, and ensure continuity in the production process.

Design Team Development

By developing a grading system and streamlining communication between teams, I have effectively built and customized the design team's processes from the ground up, allowing the company to handle hundreds of tasks per month with no loss of quality.

Optimization and Automation

I reduced the cost of work by choosing effective tools and ways of performing certain tasks, including automation of some processes. As a result, I was able to increase the margin on design work and maintain it at the required level.

For example, by setting up an automatic transfer of data from summary tables to a retro presentation for the client at the end of the month, we were able to optimize costs by 66%, thus increasing the profitability of the project.

Training for Designers and Colleagues

I have created a lot of training materials both in design and related areas to help the agency team increase their capacity and expertise, including: guides on how to use various tools, memos on requirements for preparing materials, review instructions, collection of legal practices for compliance on projects with strict legal regulations, and so on.

Among other things, I created and recorded a block on design as part of a course for CRM specialists.
